Madison McCall is an investment product manager within Vanguard's Portfolio Review Department covering Vanguard's active U.K. equity range. Prior to her current role, Madison worked in Vanguard's Oversight and Manager Search team, with oversight coverage across a range of their domestic, international and global active equity funds, active fixed income offering, and Vanguard’s active ESG offer. Her search responsibilities included the International/Global, ESG/Thematic, and Fixed Income teams. Madison received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College with a major in International Business, Finance. Madison is a CFA Charterholder.

Gillian has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, with a career spanning senior roles in business development, intermediary solutions, and strategic partnerships. She has led the creation of award-winning investment propositions, supported adviser firms with growth and succession strategies, and is a well-known advocate for the advice industry. Her work has earned her recognition including “Woman of the Year – Investment” at the 2023 Professional Adviser Women in Finance Awards.

Profile

Laurie Nicholson is a Business Development Manager and is primarily responsible for managing Vanguard’s relationships with Financial Advice firms and Financial Advisers across the UK. Laurie joined Vanguard in early 2022 within the Intermediary Distribution team. Prior to this he worked for several years in the Tax Efficient Investment space, working with advisers across London and the South East. Laurie has a BSc in Politics from the University of Bath and is currently studying for the IMC qualification.
