Whether you’re in it to win it as a solo-star, or here to make up the numbers and cheer from the sidelines, everyone attending on the day must register individually. Once you’ve signed yourself up, you can set up and join a team. To get registered, you just need to follow three simple steps.You can also download training plans, promotional assets and much more, to make sure you have everything you need to get you to the start line.
Step 1
Using your professional email address, fill in a short form on the Vanguard website.
You must complete this step first, even if you already have a Tough Mudder account.
Step 2
We’ll send you an email with a unique ID number and a link to register with Tough Mudder.
Keep this email safe as you will need your unique code to complete the Tough Mudder form.
Step 3
Using the link we sent you, complete the registration form on the Tough Mudder website. This is where captains can set up teams, and indivuduals can join a team.

Bring your ID
You’ll need government ID to access the grounds on the day, please don’t forget it!
