Profile

Madison McCall is an investment product manager within Vanguard's Portfolio Review Department covering Vanguard's active U.K. equity range. Prior to her current role, Madison worked in Vanguard's Oversight and Manager Search team, with oversight coverage across a range of their domestic, international and global active equity funds, active fixed income offering, and Vanguard’s active ESG offer. Her search responsibilities included the International/Global, ESG/Thematic, and Fixed Income teams. Madison received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College with a major in International Business, Finance. Madison is a CFA Charterholder.

Profile

Claire Hsu is an Investment Product Specialist at Vanguard, where she supports the development and positioning of multi-asset strategies. She has a strong background in Global Markets, with prior experience in Fixed Income Sales. Her expertise spans strategic asset allocation, macroeconomic interpretation, and the design and positioning of passive multi-asset solutions across ETFs and fund-of-funds structures.

Claire regularly contributes to market commentaries and client insights and plays an active role in delivering customized webinars and events tailored to institutional and advisory audiences. She is also a frequent speaker sharing thought leadership on multi-asset investing events. Claire holds a Masters of Financial Analysis from London Business School.

Profile

Laurie Nicholson is a Business Development Manager and is primarily responsible for managing Vanguard’s relationships with Financial Advice firms and Financial Advisers across the UK. Laurie joined Vanguard in early 2022 within the Intermediary Distribution team. Prior to this he worked for several years in the Tax Efficient Investment space, working with advisers across London and the South East. Laurie has a BSc in Politics from the University of Bath and is currently studying for the IMC qualification.
