Dr. Peter Westaway, Head of ISG/Chief Economist, Vanguard Asset Management

Dr. Peter Westaway is Vanguard's Head of ISG/Chief Economist, and was previously Chief European Economist for Nomura International and senior research advisor for the Bank of England. He holds a PhD in Economics and an M Phil in Control Engineering & Operational Research from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of York.


Jeffrey Molitor, Chief Investment Officer, Europe, Vanguard Asset Management

Jeffery S. Molitor is Chief Investment Officer, Europe, responsible for Vanguard's European portfolio management, risk control, research and investment strategy efforts.

He joined Vanguard in 1987 and has held a variety of senior investment roles. He holds a BA in economics and biology from Trinity College, Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Virginia. A CFA charterholder, he serves on the investment committees of three nonprofit organisations.


Neil Cowell, Head of Retail Sales, Vanguard Asset Management

Neil Cowell is head of Retail Sales. He and his team have responsibility for developing and increasing Vanguard's UK distribution through IFAs, Wealth Managers and other key business partners.

Neil joined Vanguard from Standard Life where he was a member of the UK Distribution Board. He has a broad experience of distribution in both the IFA sector and the Bank & Wealth Manager sector and has held senior management roles in both areas.
